Trisikad for barangay tanod's patrol and extra income

Ed Piano designed a heavy duty and elevated trisikad for use in patroling the barangay streets by purok tanods. this will complement the existing motorized vehicles of the barangay. it is energy effecient and elevated in order to serve the streets frequently flooded. At least two units will be donated to each purok. Ed Piano's one million cash incentive for winning the most outstanding councilor of the Philippines will be the source of funding.

The tanods are allowed to accept five peso donation from riding public, but this is purely voluntary. the donation can be used to augment the limited funds of the purok for worthwhile endeavors.

The allowances of purok tanods will come from the honoraria of the barangay captain which Ed does not intend to get but simply give it back to brgy for use in its regular operation.
