The Director General of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Hon. Joel Villanueva met last night with Mayor Bong Gordon, Ed Piano and Dr. Pame to discuss plans and programs to ensure continued development of manpower in the area.

Villanueva lauded the city led by Mayor Bong of having the highest conversion rate and winning the TESDA KABALIKAT AWARD.

National, Regional and Provincial executives of TESDA accompanied Villanueva in the occasion.
